How do I check the status of my promotion ?
For most promotions, it can take up to 90 days for the processing, mailing and delivery of a promotional item. To check the status of your order, please visit Kelloggs.com (click here) and choose the "Promotions and Coupons" tab, then "Check My Order" and follow the on-screen instructions. For an order that you mailed to us, please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of mailing for the order to appear in our system.
