1. HOW TO ENTER:
a) INTERNET: Beginning on or about 1/12/2006 at 12:00:00 PM (ET) through 3/31/2006 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) ("Promotion Period") go to www.snackpicks.com and complete the online registration. Registration is free. You will also need to enter a UPC code from any of the following products in order to enter the sweepstakes: Cheez-It® Crackers (16 oz. - any variety); Keebler® Town House® Crackers (16 oz. - any variety); or Kellogg's® Rice Krispies Treats® Squares (16 ct. - any variety). For online No Purchase Necessary Method of Entry, use UPC code 24100 12238 in the online registration process. Once you have completed your registration, click "submit" to enter the sweepstakes.

b) MAIL-IN: You may also enter offline without a purchase by hand writing, on a plain 3”x 5” piece of paper, your name, address, age and daytime/evening phone numbers. Mail your entry in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Kellogg’s™ Take on Troy Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 185695, Battle Creek, MI 49018-5695. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 3/31/2006 and received by 4/7/2006.

All entries become the property of Kellogg Company ("Sponsor") and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, damaged, postage due or mutilated mail. No mechanically reproduced, altered, forged, or facsimile entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Limit of five (5) entries (regardless of method of submission) per person for the Promotion Period. In the event of a dispute, any Internet entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants may not play with multiple e-mail addresses. Any entrant who attempts to play with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities, will be disqualified from participation in the sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Kellogg Company, Keebler Company, Sunshine Biscuit L.L.C., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

3. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 4/10/2006 from among all eligible entries received from all methods combined by Sponsor or its designee, the judges in this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or e-mail at Sponsor's discretion.

4. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS: (1) Grand Prize: A trip for winner and nine (9) guests to play Flag Football with Troy Aikman in Dallas, TX. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and nine (9) guests from major airport nearest winner's home to Dallas, TX; two (2) nights lodging (5 rooms - based on double occupancy), ground transfers to and from airport/hotel; and a Flag Football game with Troy Aikman in Dallas, TX (ARV $12,600). Flag football game with Troy Aikman is subject to his availability. Trip must be taken between April 2006 - September 2006, as determined by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and guests must travel on same itinerary. Grand Prize does not include taxes, tips, gratuities, meals, service charges, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, airport charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above. In the event the Flag Football game with Troy Aikman is cancelled or postponed for any reason outside the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor will have no further obligation, other than to award the remainder of the prize. (10) First Prizes - A Flag Football set (ARV $75 ea.). (25) Second Prizes - An assortment of Kellogg's®, Keebler®, and Cheez-It® products for a year awarded in the form of 52 product coupons - valued at $3.50 ea. (ARV $182 ea.). Total ARV of all prizes $17,900. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received from all methods combined. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Grand Prize winner will receive a 1099 tax form for the approximate retail value of the prize.

5. GENERAL: Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release within ten (10) days after first notification attempt. Guests of Grand Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older, and must sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to awarding of prize. If prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected provided there is sufficient time remaining before the event to award the prize. No correspondence will be acknowledged. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Subject to all federal, state and local laws/regulations. Neither Sponsor, Troy Aikman, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion agencies nor their employees will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in the sweepstakes or any prize-related activities. By accepting Grand Prize, winner and his/her guests acknowledge the inherent risk in participating in the Flag Football event and acknowledges that participation is voluntary. Acceptance of a prize shall be construed as and signify the winners' agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winners' names, voices, addresses, likenesses and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, where allowed by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.

6. INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of the sweepstakes and select the winner by random drawing from among all eligible entries received from all methods combined up to the point of the action taken by the Sponsor. Caution: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
