Breakfast Helps Rebecca Be Great

For Rebecca Soni, it isn’t just about winning a race — it’s about being her best every day. That’s why Rebecca eats a great breakfast every morning. It helps her start off on the right foot for her long, hard workouts. A few of her favorite Kellogg’s® breakfast foods include Smart Start®Kellogg's Raisin Bran®Mueslix®  and Special K®  cereals. She also likes to eat a quick Pop-Tarts® Brown Sugar Cinnamon  toaster pastry as part of a warm breakfast.

Throughout the day, Rebecca sticks to a nutritious diet making sure to incorporate lots of fruits and vegetables into meals. She loves to cook and enjoys preparing meals as one of her hobbies outside of the pool.
