So what exactly are FODMAPs?

The FODMAP acronym stands for “fermentable oligo-, di-, mono-saccharides and polyols.” These are short chain carbohydrates found naturally in many foods.

As an outcome of its research and founding of the low FODMAP diet, Monash University developed a certification program to endorse products as low in FODMAPs – foods people can easily identify and eat without worry while they experiment with the low FODMAP Diet.

We’re proud that our seven U.S. cereals listed above are a part of the Monash University low FODMAP certifiedTM list. These cereals are the perfect meal or snack option for people who are incorporating low FODMAP foods into their lifestyle.
