As an outcome of its research and founding of the low FODMAP diet, Monash University developed a certification program to endorse products as low in FODMAPs – foods people can easily identify and eat without worry while they experiment with the low FODMAP Diet.
Kellogg’s Rice Krispies, Kellogg’s Frosted Krispies, Kellogg’s Cocoa Krispies, Kellogg’s Strawberry Krispies, Kellogg’s Corn Flakes, Kellogg’s Crispix and Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes. These cereals are now listed in the Monash University FODMAP Diet app, an incredibly useful resource for people who are navigating a low FODMAP diet.
