Made with dried apricots, frozen cranberries, jalapeño peppers and fresh pineapple, then embellished with crunchy walnuts, this salsa adds pizzazz to a party buffet.
1. In food processor combine apricots, cranberries, pineapple, jalapeño peppers, sugar, vinegar and ginger. Pulse to combine and coarsely chop. Transfer to serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors.
2. Stir walnuts into cranberry mixture. Serve with Kelloggs® Toasteds® Harvest Wheat crackers.
