Two kinds of mustard and freshly grated Parmesan cheese make this dip worthy of high praise.
1. In medium bowl stir together sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, brown mustard, dry mustard, garlic powder and pepper. Fold in green onions. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
2. Serve with Kellogg's® Toasteds® Savory Onion crackers.
