This basic hummus makes a perfect dip for a small gathering or a big party. For variety, next time, try either the Sun-Dried Tomato or Broccoli and Dill variations. Serve with your favorite Kashi® TLC™ Snack Crackers.
1. In food processor bowl combine chickpeas and garlic. Cover and process until garlic is finely chopped. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add tahini, water, oil, lemon juice and salt. Cover and process until mixture is nearly smooth.
2. Spread in serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley.
