1. Press cookie dough into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° F about 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
2. In medium saucepan combine butterscotch morsels, 1 cup of the chocolate morsels and shortening. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Spread over cookie dough in pan.
3. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
4. Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated. Gently stir in remaining 1 cup chocolate morsels. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into pan on top of chocolate layer. Cool. Cut into 24 squares. Best if served the same day.
