1. Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add frozen vegetables and simmer 3 minutes.
2. In small mixing bowl, combine gravy mix with 1 cup cold water and soy sauce. Stir gravy mixture into cooked vegetables. Continue stirring over medium heat until gravy has thickened.
