Spicy peanut butter and curry chickpeas top these Asian-influenced waffles. Add a tossed salad to complete the meal.
1. In small saucepan combine apple juice, curry powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Bring to boiling. Whisk in peanut butter. Stir in garbanzo beans. Heat through.
2. Meanwhile, toast KELLOGG’S EGGO Homestyle waffles according to package directions. Spoon garbanzo bean mixture on waffles. Serve immediately.
