Horseradish adds zip to these individual meat loaves.
1. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal, 1/2 cup of the tomato soup, onion, egg and horseradish. Mix in ground beef. Portion meat mixture and shape into 6 individual loaves or ovals. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
2. In small bowl, mix together remaining soup, brown sugar and mustard. Spread evenly over meat loaves.
3. Bake at 350° F about 35 minutes or until meat is cooked (160 degrees F). Serve hot garnished with parsley, if desired.
