  • Kellogg's® Mueslix® Orchard Beauty 150g
  • Butter 100g
  • Soft brown sugar 70g
  • Egg (A) 1
  • Plain flour 80g
  • Corn flour 25g
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Walnuts 30g
  • Raisins 30g
  • Almond slices 30g

Cooking steps

1. Preheat oven to 150°C.

2. Sieve the plain flour, corn flour and baking powder together into a bowl.

3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the egg, stir until thoroughly mixed, then fold mixture into the flour along with the Kellogg's® Mueslix® Orchard Beauty cereal, walnuts, raisins and almond slices.

4. Scoop the mixture into a small tart mould or baking pan, bake for 15 – 20 minutes.

5. Remove from oven and let cool before storing it into a container.
