Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Deluxe Nuts Granola 1 1/2 cups
- Cashew nuts, toasted 1/4 cup
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Black raisins 3 tbsp
- Rocket salad leaves 60g
- Purple cabbage, thinly sliced 60g
- Baby romaine leaves 100g
- Red radishes, thinly sliced 3
- Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (optional) 1/4 cup
- For Dressing
- Sea salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 1/2 cup
- Balsamic vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp
- Maple syrup 1 1/2 tbsp
- Dijon mustard 1 tbsp
Cooking steps
1. Toss and mix the salad and nuts in a bowl.
2. Sprinkle a generous amount of Kellogg’s® Deluxe Nuts Granola on top.
3. Pour the dressing on top & serve.
