- Egyptian rice 1 cup
- sugar 1/2 cup
- ground cardamom 1/2 teaspoon

Cooking steps
1. In a medium-sized pot, combine the rice, whole milk, dates, sugar, ground cardamom, ground cinnamon.
2. Over medium heat, bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
3. Stir frequently till the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened (20-25 mins).
4. Spoon the rice pudding into individual serving bowls. Let it cool down.
5. Garnish with pistachios and almonds.
6. Sprinkle Kellogg’s granola with fruit mixture on top, Adding delightful crunch and fruity flavor.
