Kellogg's® Mueslix® Raisin & Almond Crunch
- Kellogg's® Mueslix® Raisin & Almond Crunch OR Kellogg's® Mueslix® Harvest Fruit 150g
- Butter 100g
- Soft brown sugar 70g
- Egg (A) 1
- Plain flour 80g
- Corn flour 25g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Walnuts 30g
- Raisins 30g
- Almond slices 30g
1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
2. Sieve the plain flour, corn flour and baking powder together into a bowl.
3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the egg, stir until thoroughly mixed, then fold mixture into the flour along with the Kellogg's® Mueslix® Raisin & Almond Crunch cereal, walnuts, raisins and almond slices.
4. Scoop the mixture into a small tart mould or baking pan, bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and let cool before storing it into a container.
Note: Can also be made with Kellogg's® Mueslix® Harvest Fruit.
