Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Honey Crunch Corn Flakes 2 cups
- Salmon fillets 800g
- Mayonnaise 1/3 cups
- Coarse grain mustard 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Cooking steps
1. Mix the mayonnaise and coarse grain mustard in a bowl. Set it aside.
2. Combine Kellogg’s® Honey Crunch Corn Flakes, salt and pepper powder in a separate bowl.
3. Wash and pat dry the salmon fillet and place it on a baking tray.
4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on top of the salmon fillet.
5. Coat the Kellogg’s® Honey Crunch Corn Flakes all over the salmon fillet.
6. Bake it in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes at 180 °C.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
