Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Banana Corn Flakes 180g
- Butter 300g
- Icing Sugar 150g
- Plain flour, sifted 260g
Cooking steps
1. Grind the Kellogg’s® Banana Corn Flakes until fine.
2. Cream butter and icing sugar until light and creamy.
3. Add in the finely crushed Kellogg’s® Banana Corn Flakes along with the sifted plain flour.
4. Mix all till well combined.
5. Take an icing bag and insert a big mouth piping nozzle. Once securely attached, add in the cookie mixture.
6. Pipe the cookie mixture onto a baking sheet and bake at 170°C for 18 to 20 minutes.
7. Garnish with some sugar sprinkles or sugar stars.
