Ingredient
- Crumble Topping
- Kellogg's® Corn Flakes 3 tablespoons
- raw coconut flakes 1/2 tablespoon
- jumbo oats 3 tablespoons
- buckwheat flour 1 1/2 tablespoons
- milled or ground flaxseed 1/2 tablespoon
- brown sugar 1 tablespoon
- sliced almonds 1 tablespoon
- coconut oil, melted 3 tablespoons
- small pinch sea salt 1
- Filling
- pears, peeled, cored and diced 2
- lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon
- honey 1/2 tablespoon
- ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon
Cooking steps
1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
2. Place the chopped pears, lemon juice, honey and ground cinnamon in a small ovenproof dish and stir to combine.
3. Add the coconut flakes, jumbo oats, Kellogg's® Corn Flakes®, buckwheat flour, milled or ground flaxseed, brown sugar and sliced almonds into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
4. Add the melted coconut oil to the crumble mixture and stir again to combine thoroughly.
5. Spoon the crumble topping over the pears and place the dish in the oven for 30 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and pears are soft and bubbling.
6. Serve warm or cold, with the Greek yoghurt.
