- Plain flour 230g
- Icing sugar 20g
- Ghee 120g
- Filling Ingredients (mix well)
- Kellogg's® Corn Flakes, finely ground 2 cups
- dates, pitted & finely chopped 8
Cooking steps
1. For dough, combine flour and icing sugar.
2. Add ghee and knead to form a dough. Take a small piece of dough, flatten it.
3. Fill with Kellogg's® Corn Flakes filling, enclose and shape into an oval ball.
4. Arrange on baking tin lined with baking paper. Bake at 160°C for 18-20 minutes or until done.
5. When still hot, coat cookies in icing sugar. Cool and store in airtight containers.
