Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Froot Loops® 2 cups
- Plain flour 100g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Castor sugar 2 tbsp
- Milk 180ml
- Melted butter 2 tbsp
- A pinch of salt
Cooking steps
1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, egg, melted butter and milk in a bowl until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick pan - when it's hot, spoon a ladle of pancake mixture into the pan.
3. Sprinkle the Kellogg's® Froot Loops® on top and cook it until it is light brown.
4. Take the pancake off the pan and place it onto a plate.
5. Drizzle honey or butter on top and enjoy!
Tip: The size of the pancake is flexible by using whatever utensils you have on hand. It can be big or small.
