  • Banana 80g
  • Peanut butter 30g
  • Raisin 30g
  • Coconut 25g
  • Chia seeds 10g
  • Desiccated coconut for garnish
  • Layer 2
  • Dates 100g
  • Banana 80g
  • Peanut butter 25g
  • Cocoa powder 20g
  • Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp

Cooking steps

1. Add all the ingredients of the first layer 1 (except the desiccated) to a food processor and blend. Keep it aside.

2. Add all the ingredients of the second layer to the processor and blend till smooth and creamy.

3. Blend the two mixtures gently and wait till it cools.

4. Shape into balls of desired size and roll them in a mixture of desiccated coconut and crushed granola.

5. Delicious Chocolate Granola energy bites are ready and these can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for about a week.
