Managing Director – South Asia

Prashant Peres - Managing Director, Kellogg's India and South Asia

Prashant is the Managing Director, India & South Asia, Kellogg India Private Limited.

Prashant joins Kellogg from Mondelez International where he led the Indonesia business as President and Managing Director, prior to which he led the chocolates business for Mondelez in India. He is a FMCG sector veteran, with nearly 25 years of rich experience in the Foods, Snacks, Beverages and Personal Care categories across diverse markets in Asia, ANZ and Africa. He was previously the Vice President for Foods, South Asia in Unilever and earlier stints include several senior roles in sales and marketing at Unilever in the South Asia region, Turkey, Africa, Middle East, South East Asia, and China.

His previous stints include various senior roles in sales and marketing at Unilever in the South Asia region, and Directorial roles at savory in the Turkey, Africa, Middle-East, SEA, and China regions.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management in Marketing and Strategy from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production) from Bombay University.

Prashant is married to Kamolika, he has two children, Priyanka & Prateek. He is inclined towards historic sites with heritage and enjoys his weekend trips with his pet dog Aslan!


Director – Sales

VISHHAL BHUSARI - Sales Director, Kellogg's South Asia

Vishhal is Director – Sales, Kellogg South Asia.

Vishhal completed a nine-year-long stint at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Health Care and his last role was that of General Manager, East region in the company before joining Kellogg India. He was instrumental in several key business landmarks and initiatives for the organization, one of which was setting up the customer marketing vertical for the organization.

With a total work experience of 23 years, Vishhal is not new to the consumer retail and FMCG space either, having spent time in India's well-respected organizations, namely Aditya Birla Retail Ltd, Reliance Retail, and Unilever (HLL at the time). He has donned various hats in these organizations and has well-rounded experience in sales, marketing, shopper marketing, and customer marketing.

Vishhal is a Commerce Graduate from Lucknow University & has completed his Post Graduation (PGMBA) from Mumbai. When he is not putting in hard yards at the office, Vishhal thoroughly enjoys spending time with his family.


Director – Legal

Anahita Kumar - Director Legal, Kellogg South Asia.

Anahita is Director Legal, Kellogg South Asia.

Anahita is a qualified Chartered Accountant and lawyer by profession. She has a rich and diverse multi industry experience of around 20 years in the legal field.

Anahita started her career with the banking industry (ICICI Bank) and gained experience in various organisations like Marico, GSK Pharmaceuticals and Monsanto thereon. Her last stint was with the French dairy giant Danone, where she was leading the legal and compliance function for around eight years.

She has been a state level gymnastics champion and a professional painter. In her spare time, Anahita loves travelling and meeting new people.


Director – Regulatory Affairs

Padmaparna Dasgupta - Director Regulatory Affairs, Kellogg AMEA

Padmaparna is Director Regulatory, Kellogg AMEA (Asia, Middle East & Africa). She has been associated with Kellogg for 10+ years now.

Before joining Kellogg, Parna served in a variety of leadership roles in the field of Policy, Regulatory, and Government Affairs at GSK Consumer Healthcare India, Amarchand Mangaldas, Reliance Retail Agri Supply Chain, and FICCI’s Food division.

At GSK Consumer Healthcare India, she was Director, Regulatory, Strategy, and External Affairs and was responsible for compliance and policy advocacy for the nutrition business in Asia Pacific Region.

Prior to that, Parna was Senior Consultant with M/s Amarchand Mangaldas, one of the largest corporate law firms in India where she set up and led the food policy division and was responsible for securing the position of legal consultant for FSSAI.

Parna has a Master’s degree in Economics.

Besides her keen interest in the areas of food and nutrition, particularly those impacting the underprivileged section of the society, Parna has an inclination towards history and has a flair for reading historical novels and travelling to historical places.


Director – Human Resources

Nimisha Das - Director Human Resources, Kellogg South Asia.

Nimisha is Director HR, Kellogg South Asia.

Her career reflects a rich and diverse experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Organization Effectiveness, and Leadership Development. She joined Kellogg from Red Bull India, where she was the Director HR, India and responsible for overall people strategy, capability, and culture.

Prior to that Nimisha was with Mondelez India where she worked in the areas of succession management, organization design and transformation, and driving performance efficiencies. Before joining Red Bull, her last role at Mondelez was as HR Lead for Categories, Corporate Functions, and Enterprise Business Solutions.

Nimisha began her career with Marico and was also part of their skincare retail venture ‘Kaya’ briefly.

Nimisha has done her Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and holds a graduate degree in psychology from Indraprastha College, Delhi University.

Her personal interests include theatre, cooking, and reading.


Director – Supply Chain

Amit Baveja - Director of Supply Chain, Kellogg South Asia.

Amit is the Director – Supply Chain, Kellogg South Asia.

Amit is a seasoned business leader with profound experience as Supply chain professional with 23 years of cumulative experience in Procurement, Planning, Logistics Management, Strategic Sourcing and Value creation through partnerships. He worked for over 19 years with Asian Paints in various key leadership roles, including internal audit & risk management, value creation & supply chain resource center, purchase, logistics & planning.

In his most recent role, Amit was Business Head – Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh South Pacific Islands of Asian Paints where he was managing the P&L for these countries. He is known for his track record of bringing consistent and sustainable improvement.

He graduated from IIT, Kharagpur and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad.

He is married and has a daughter. In his leisure time, Amit follows Cricket and listens to old Hindi Songs.


Director – Information Technology

Asfar Khan - Director of Information Technology, Kellogg South Asia.

Asfar is the Director – Information Technology, Kellogg South Asia.

Asfar brings a rich experience of over 22+ years to the table. Before joining Kellogg Company, he served in a variety of IT leadership roles at Coca-Cola, Wal-Mart, Bharti, etc. in India and abroad where he primarily focused on the areas of developing, implementing, and managing IT systems across the Consulting, Telecom, Retail & CPG domain.

As the last port of call, Asfar served as Chief Technology Officer at Hindustan Coca-Cola. He spearheaded all technology deployments there and worked on building the strategic footprint for Vision 2020 & IT 2025, along with formulating the company's enterprise architecture and business system plans.

He completed his degrees of B-Tech in Computer Sciences from Walchand Institute of Technology and an EPM from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.

His personal interests include reading books that span diverse genres, experimenting with food, and exploring technology as it evolves.


Director – Marketing

Sumit Mathur - Marketing Director, Kellogg South Asia.

Sumit is Director - Marketing for Kellogg South Asia.

In his current role, he is responsible for the overall Category Strategy/ Vision and Business P&L, and leads the Category, Insights-Analytics and Media functions. Prior to joining Kellogg India, Sumit completed over a decade of Marketing and General Management experience with Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (HUL).

He has a built rich experiences in Commercial Strategy, Audit/ Risk Management, Brand Management, and Sales/ Customer Development working across multiple categories of Personal Care, Tea, and Foods. At Kellogg’s Sumit has been nominated amongst the Business World Top 50 Marketers 2021, Impact 40under40 2019, and Pitch Best CMOs for 2019 and 2020.

He holds a Graduate’s degree in B. Tech from IIT Delhi and a Master’s Degree in Management from IIM-Calcutta. Sumit is a voracious reader and practices meditation in his free time.


Senior Director – RQNT, Emerging Markets

Purnendu Roy - Senior Director of RQNT for Emerging Markets.

Purnendu is Senior Director- RQNT for Emerging Markets.

Before joining Kellogg Company, Purnendu has served in a variety of R&D leadership roles at H J Heinz, Britannia, PepsiCo in Frito-Lay’s division, and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare. At Heinz India Pvt Ltd., he was Associate Vice President for R&D & was also the functional lead for Asia & Africa region for dairy based nutritional beverage & energy drinks.

Prior to that, Purnendu served as General Manger & Head of Research & Development in Britannia Industries Ltd.

Roy has a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering & Technology and Master’s in Food Technology.


Director – Finance

Rajesh Daga - Director of Finance, Kellogg South Asia.

Rajesh is Director Finance, Kellogg South Asia.

He carries 21 years of rich work experience across multiple industries, all of which began at PwC where he started out. His last stint was with Parkson’s Packaging, India’s leading folding carton manufacturing company, as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he spent a decade with Vodafone, where he was responsible for overseeing financial operations and governance across all the 19 circles (BU’s) of Vodafone India.

Rajesh is a Charted Accountant by profession and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

When he’s not busy crunching numbers or balancing accounts, Rajesh loves endurance running.
