Managing Director, Kellogg South Asia
Prashant is the Managing Director, India & South Asia, Kellogg India Private Limited. He is also the member of the leadership team of Kellogg AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa) region.
Prashant comes with an enriched experience of more than 25 years in the FMCG sector, particularly focused on food and as described in his own words “Food is a passion for me because of how close we get to the lives of consumers”.
He joins Kellogg from Mondelez International, where he led the Indonesia business as President and Managing Director, prior to which he led the chocolates business for Mondelez in India. Prashant’s rich experience in the foods, snacks, beverages and personal care categories spreads across diverse markets in Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Africa, where he has led the foods category for South Asia in Unilever and earlier stints include several senior roles in sales and marketing at Unilever in the South Asia region, Turkey, Africa, Middle East, South East Asia, and China.
Prashant is the chairman of AMCHAM's Agriculture & Food Processing Committee 2022-23. He is also a member of some key FICCI’s & CIIs committees.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management in Marketing and Strategy from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production) from Bombay University.
Prashant is married, has two kids. He is inclined towards historic sites with heritage and enjoys his weekend trips with his pet dog Aslan!
Director – Sales
Rachit is Director – Sales, Kellogg South Asia.
Rachit has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing with organizations like Philips, Marico and Whirlpool. In his last stint at Philips, Rachit was global business development manager for Amazon, leading global markets' growth and commercial agenda.
Prior to that, Rachit was a part of Philips personal health business where he was national sales manager for Indian sub-continent. Before Philips, Rachit had extensive work experience with, where he held various leadership roles in the organization like head of modern trade, e-commerce and institutional sales. In his roles, Rachit led the sales transformation agenda for the organization propelling growth and building capability. He has been recognized for his leadership and transformation projects through multiple industry awards and recognitions.
Rachit holds an MBA degree in marketing from institute of management technology and backs it with other professional qualifications. He is passionate about learning and spends his time mentoring and coaching individuals.
His interests includes enjoying movies, cooking and playing badminton. He believes in philanthropy and has worked with various non-governmental organizations dedicated to children and the elderly.
Director – Legal
Anahita is Director Legal, Kellogg South Asia.
Anahita is a qualified Chartered Accountant and lawyer by profession. She has a rich and diverse multi industry experience of around 20 years in the legal field.
Anahita started her career with the banking industry (ICICI Bank) and gained experience in various organisations like Marico, GSK Pharmaceuticals and Monsanto thereon. Her last stint was with the French dairy giant Danone, where she was leading the legal and compliance function for around eight years.
She has been a state level gymnastics champion and a professional painter. In her spare time, Anahita loves travelling and meeting new people.
Director – Regulatory Affairs
Padmaparna is Director Regulatory, Kellogg AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa). She has been associated with Kellogg for 10+ years. Parna is a govt affairs expert, who interfaces between potentially conflicting worlds of government, business and consumers with a vision of to shape India’s & regulatory ecosystem.
Before joining Kellogg, Parna served in a variety of leadership roles in the field of policy, regulatory, and government affairs at GlaxoSmithKline consumer healthcare India, Amarchand Mangaldas, Reliance Retail Agri supply chain, and FICCI’s food division. At GSK consumer healthcare India, she was director, regulatory, strategy, and external affairs and was responsible for compliance and policy advocacy for the nutrition business in Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, Parna was senior consultant with M/s Amarchand Mangaldas, one of the largest corporate law firms in India where she set up and led the food policy division and was responsible for securing the position of legal consultant for FSSAI.
Parna is a member of various committees of industry bodies in federation of Indian chambers of commerce & industry, confederation of Indian industry and agriculture & food processing committee , she actively contributes in capacity of member of food authority – apex regulatory body of the country and advisor – FICCI/ confederation of Indian food trade & industry.
Parna has a Master’s degree in Economics. Besides her keen interest in the areas of food and nutrition, particularly those impacting the underprivileged section of the society, Parna has an inclination towards history and has a flair for reading historical novels and travelling to historical places.
Sr. Director – Human Resources
Nimisha is Sr. Director HR, Kellogg South Asia.
She is a strong believer of creating a gender equitable industry step by step. Nimisha is an active advocate of women at work in personal and professional capacity via mentoring women across industries, skill-building sessions for non-governmental organizations. She is passionate about upcoming talent and regularly engages in interacting with them through knowledge sharing sessions.
Her career reflects a rich and diverse experience in HR business partnering, talent management, organization effectiveness, and leadership development. She joined Kellogg from Red Bull India, where she was the director HR, India and responsible for overall people strategy, capability, and culture.
Prior to that Nimisha was with Mondelez India where she worked in the areas of succession management, organization design and transformation, and driving performance efficiencies. Her last role at Mondelez was as HR Lead for categories, corporate functions, and enterprise business solutions. Nimisha began her career with Marico and was also part of their skincare retail venture ‘Kaya’ briefly.
Nimisha has done her masters in personnel management and industrial relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and holds a graduate degree in psychology from Indraprastha college, Delhi university.
Her personal interests include theatre, cooking, and reading.
Sr. Director – Supply Chain
Amit is the Director – Supply Chain, Kellogg South Asia.
He describes his team as ‘Shock-absorbers’ who take uncertainties in their stride, while consistently striving to create ‘Consumer Delight’ by supplying “Bowls of Joy,” Every time; on time.
Amit is a seasoned business leader with profound experience as Supply chain professional with 23+ years of cumulative experience in procurement, planning, logistics management, strategic sourcing and value creation through partnerships. He worked for over 19 years with Asian Paints in various key leadership roles, including internal audit & risk management, value creation & supply chain resource center, purchase, logistics & planning.
In his most recent role, Amit was business head – Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh South Pacific islands of Asian Paints where he was managing the P&L for these countries. He is known for his track record of bringing consistent and sustainable improvement.
He is a member of confederation of Indian industry, western region forum for logistics & supply chain and has been a guest speaker in various forums on supply chain, logistics, demand forecasting & digitalization.
He graduated from IIT, Kharagpur and post graduate diploma in management from IIM, Ahmedabad.
In his leisure time, Amit follows cricket and listens to old Hindi songs.
Director – IT
Aparajita is the Director – IT, Kellogg South Asia.
Aparajita is a strategic technology leader with close to 18 years’ experience in leading enterprise technology transformation, large-scale program initiatives, operations, data engineering and analytical systems.
She is known to offer insightful solution by partnering, implementing & managing technology enabled business solutions with functional expertise across consumer products & FMCG sectors.
Aparajita started her CPG career journey with Britannia Industries and gained experience in diverse organisations such as, GyanSys Infotech, Diageo India Pvt Ltd where she led the delivery of large strategic programs entailing Commercial/Sales, Supply-chain, Finance transformation, Data & Analytics, and driving trade promotion management programs.
She graduated as an engineer from Chhattisgarh, she holds certifications from XLRI on Executive Management Development Program and from Indian School of Business on Applied Business Analytics.
In her leisure time, Aparajita likes to travel with her family, cook & explore different cuisines.
Director – RQNT, South Asia
Swarn is Director Research, Quality, Nutrition, and Technology for South Asia.
He joins us from Britannia Industries where he is the General Manager research & development for the adjacencies categories including cakes, rusks, croissant and salty snacks. Over a long and rich career spanning 21 years, Swarn has worked across multiple organisations, categories and supported new product development for many markets including India, China, South Asia, Europe & New Zealand.
Prior to Britannia, he has been with Mondelez across different roles as well as stints with Unilever & Pepsico. Swarn brings a rich experience in driving innovation whilst driving cost & margin improvement agenda.
Swarn holds a dual masters degree in international marketing, sourcing & training from Indian institute of foreign trade and masters in food sciences from G.B Pant university of agriculture & technology.
Along with his passion for food, he loves sports and in fact has played hockey at the national level representing the north zone team. Swarn also indulges in gardening & cooking.
Director – Finance
Nandita is Director Finance, Kellogg South Asia.
Joins us from Adidas where she was the senior director of finance southeast Asia and financial planning & analysis Asia Pacific Singapore. Prior to this stint, Nandita was the chief finance officer Adidas India business. Over the last 22 years, she has successfully held leadership positions across business and finance in India and APAC.
Over 22 years of her career, she had led various transformational initiatives including business turnarounds. Nandita has actively partnered with senior leadership teams to deliver key financial key performance indicators, thus ensuring the sustainable profitable growth. Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a team's growth and collaboration is Nandita’s constant endeavor.
Nandita is a qualified chartered accountant & a commerce graduate from the university of Delhi.
In her leisure time, Nandita enjoys yoga and meditation. She is a foodie and enjoys listening to Bollywood music as her stress-buster.
