  • eggs 3
  • whole milk 2 cups
  • brown sugar 1 tablespoon
  • mild cream cheese 200 grams
  • Kellogg's® Rolled Oats 200 grams
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • baking powder 1 package
  • vanilla 1 package
  • cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • small apples, grated 2
  • olive oil 1 teacup
  • For Topping
  • sprinkles (cake decoration) 1 teacup
  • honey 3 tablespoons

Cooking steps

1. Preheat the oven at 180C.

2. Start by whisking sugar and eggs until it becomes like cream consistency.

3. Add 2 cups whole milk and 200 grams mild cream cheese, continue to whisk.

4. Then, add the remaining ingredients and one more whisking.

5. Pour batter into cake mould and bake for 35 minutes at preheated oven.

6. After cake is baked and warmed, spread honey on it and cover it with cake decoration.
