  • Kellogg's® Rolled Oats 1 cup
  • warm milk 1 glass
  • eggs 3
  • capias pepper 5
  • green pepper 1
  • cultivated mushrooms 3
  • olive oil 1 dessert spoon

Cooking steps

1. Wet the oats with warm milk to swell for 15 minutes.

2. Chope the peppers and mushrooms into cubes and sauté all of them for 4-5 minutes.

3. Then, break 3 eggs into the porridge oats and add all vegetables.

4. Cook both side until they are fully cooked for 4 minutes.
