Ingredient
- wholemeal flour 100g
- salt 1/2 teaspoon
- baking powder 2 teaspoons
- cocoa powder 1 tablespoon
- sugar 50g
- Kellogg's® Coco Pops® Original 100g
- skimmed milk 225ml
- egg whites 2
- vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
- banana 1
Cooking steps
1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl: flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa powder, and sugar.
3. Mix all the wet ingredients in a a big bowl: Kellogg's® Coco Pops®, skimmed milk, egg whites, vegetable oil, and banana.
4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until everything is mixed well together.
5. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes.
6. Divide the batter evenly into muffin cups in a muffin tray, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
7. Sprinkle a few Kellogg's® Coco Pops® on the top of each muffin.
8. Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 20-25 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean.
