- Kellogg's® Banana Corn Flakes 100g
- Graham Cracker Crumbs 100g
- Soft brown sugar 45g
- Butter 135g
- Pie dish 9”
- For Filling
- Medium size ripe bananas 3
- Cranberry 50g
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Lime juice 1 tbsp
- For Crumble
- Kellogg’s® Banana Corn Flakes 30g
- Plain flour 80g
- Soft brown sugar 20g
- Cold butter 40g
Cooking steps
1. Process Graham Cracker and Kellogg’s® Banana Corn Flakes.
2. Pour the process mixture into a bowl, add sugar, and butter, mix till well combined.
3. Grease the pie dish and press the pie mixture into the dish.
4. Bake the pie crust at 170°C for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
5. Mix the honey and lime juice till dissolved, add in the cranberry.
Crumble: In a bowl sieve flour, add butter, sugar, and Kellogg’s® Banana Corn Flakes, mix till well combined.
6. Slice the banana, arrange the bananas on the baked pie all around.
7. Sprinkle the crumbles on top of the bananas and bake the pie again for 20 minutes at 170°C.
8. Garnish with more slices of bananas, mint leaves, or green kiwi slices.
