Ingredient
- Mango flesh, diced small 1 cup
- Natural yoghurt 75g
- Mango juice 100ml
- Honey 2-3 tbsp
- Instant custard powder, mixed with water to a paste 1/4 cup
- Castor sugar to taste
- To serve
- Kellogg's® Corn Flakes 1 cup
- Grated coconut, fried golden 1/2 cup
Cooking steps
1. Mix well all ingredients except mango flesh.
2. Add mango, stir well then taste to adjust sweetness.
3. Pour into several glasses.
4. Cover and chill for an hour.
5. When serving, sprinkle coconut and Kellogg's® Corn Flakes on top.
