Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Muesli with 20% Nuts Delight 60g
- Apples, sliced thinly 150g
- Black grapes, cut into two 50g
- Green grapes, cut into two 50g
- Hung curd 1 cup
- Walnuts, quartered 30g
- Crushed peppercorns 1/2 tsp
- Honey 2 tsp
Cooking steps
1. Place the cut apples & grapes in a bowl and chill for a while
2. In another bowl combine the hung curd, crushed peppercorns and honey
3. Add the chilled fruits to the hung curd mixture, add walnuts and adjust the seasoning
4. Arrange the fruits, nuts, curd and Kellogg’s® Muesli With 20% Nuts Delight in a bowl and the breakfast salad bowl is ready!
