- For Base
- Tuna flake 2 cans
- A handful of chopped spring Onions
- Large onion chopped 1
- Chopped chives 1 handful
- For Custard
- Eggs beaten 4
- Warm milk 2 cups
- Butter 6 tbs
- Nut meg 1⁄2 tsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Flour 2 tbs
- For Topping
- Kellogg's® Corn Flakes 2 cups
- Grated mozzarella 2 cups
- Parmesan Cheese 1 cup
Cooking steps
1. In a baking dish, add all base ingredients.
2. Pour in the custard.
3. Add the Kellogg's® Corn Flakes topping.
4. Add grated cheese topping.
5. Bake 180°C for 35 minutes covered with aluminium foil.
6. For last 10 minutes, remove foil to brown the cheese topping.
