  • Icing sugar, for coating
  • Dough Ingredients
  • Plain flour 230g
  • Icing sugar 20g
  • Ghee 120g
  • Filling Ingredients (mix well)
  • Kellogg's® Corn Flakes, finely ground 2 cups
  • dates, pitted & finely chopped 8

Cooking steps

1. For dough, combine flour and icing sugar.

2. Add ghee and knead to form a dough. Take a small piece of dough, flatten it.

3. Fill with Kellogg's® Corn Flakes filling, enclose and shape into an oval ball.

4. Arrange on baking tin lined with baking paper. Bake at 160°C for 18-20 minutes or until done.

5. When still hot, coat cookies in icing sugar. Cool and store in airtight containers.
