Ingredient
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Shallots, pounded 5
- Garlic, pounded 4 cloves
- Chili paste 2 tbsp
- Honey 2-3 tbsp
- Kellogg's® Corn Flakes 2 cups
- Roasted cashew nuts 1/2 cup
- Dried anchovies, fried crisp 1/2 cup
- Salt (optional)
Cooking steps
1. Heat oil then stir-fry pounded ingredients until fragrant.
2. Add chili paste and stir often until oil rises to the top.
3. Add honey and stir until mixture becomes thick.
4. Toss in Kellogg’s® Corn Flakes, cashew nuts and anchovies.
5. Mix well then remove. When cool, store in airtight containers.
