Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Muesli With 21% Fruit, Nut & Seeds 100g
- Frozen coconut yogurt 100g
- Jaggery powder 15g
- Chia seeds 10g
- Fresh passion fruit juice
- Honey 5ml
- Fresh raspberries, blueberries, passion fruit for garnish
Cooking steps
1. Whisk frozen coconut yoghurt until smooth in texture. For a non-vegan version, you can use plain Greek yoghurt.
2. Add powdered jaggery as per the desired sweetness. Set aside to cool.
3. Prepare the parfait by layering verrine glasses with chilled coconut yoghurt, chia seeds and Kellogg's® Muesli With 21% Fruit, Nut & Seeds.
4. Pour in freshly squeezed passion fruit juice.
5. Garnish with fresh berries and passion fruit. 6. Drizzle some honey on top.
