Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Muesli With 21% Fruit, Nut & Seeds 1 1/2 cup
- Dates, chopped 1/2 cup
- Figs, copped 1/2 cup
- Roasted sesame seeds 1 Tbsp
- Edible gum 2 to 3 tsp
- Ghee 2 tsp
- Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 2 to 3 tbsp
- Milk for soaking the figs 2 to 3 tbsp
Cooking steps
1. Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a non-stick pan and add the chopped dates to it. Keep stirring on a very low flame, add the finely chopped figs soaked in milk. Add the sesame seeds, edible gum, cardamom powder and slightly crushed muesli.
2. Blend well till it binds. Cool slightly and shape into small balls. Roll the laddoos in desiccated coconut to finish.
3. Store the Muesli Fig & Date Laddoos in air tight containers and enjoy throughout the festive season!
