Ingredient
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original, coarsely ground 1 cup
- Milk 2 cups
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Chopped anjeer 1/2 cup
- Chopped almonds 1 tbsp
Cooking steps
1. Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan, add Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original and sauté on a low flame for a few seconds.
2. Add milk, sugar and cardamom powder to the pan, then mix well. Stir the mixture on a low flame for 5 minutes.
3. Add anjeer and almonds, mix well then let it simmer for another 10 minutes or till the porridge thickens. Serve hot or chilled.
