Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original 30g
- Kellogg's® Chocos® 15g
- Milk 200ml
- Custard powder, vanilla flavour 2 tsp heaped
- Sugar 2 tsp or to taste
- Small banana 1
- Ripe papaya 50g
- Vanilla essence Few drops
- Any one cereal can also be used Note
Cooking steps
1. Boil 150 ml milk with custard powder and sugar for 5 – 7 mins, stirring constantly, cool.
2. Blend banana and papaya with Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original (15 g) along with remaining 50 ml of milk, add few drops of vanilla essence.
3. Gradually whisk the above mixture with the cooled custard milk.
4. In a smoothie bowl, place the remaining Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original(15 g) at the base, now pour over the custard milk and fruit milk mixture over the Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original. Chill for a while if desired, just before serving top it with Kellogg's® Chocos®.
