Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original



  • Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original 30g
  • Curd, whisked 200g
  • Cucumber, peeled, chopped finely 50g
  • Red pomegranate seeds (for garnish) 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vagar
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli 1 slit
  • Ginger, grated 1/4 tsp
  • Few curry leaves
  • A pinch of Hing

Cooking steps

1. Whisk the curd with salt, add the finely chopped cucumber.

2. Make a vagar; heat oil, add the mustard seeds, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves and hing.

Pour it over the whisked curd, mix.

3. Gently mix in the Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original into the curd.

4. Serve immediately garnished with fresh pomegranate seeds.
