Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original 30g
- Curd, whisked 200g
- Cucumber, peeled, chopped finely 50g
- Red pomegranate seeds (for garnish) 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Vagar
- Oil 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli 1 slit
- Ginger, grated 1/4 tsp
- Few curry leaves
- A pinch of Hing
Cooking steps
1. Whisk the curd with salt, add the finely chopped cucumber.
2. Make a vagar; heat oil, add the mustard seeds, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves and hing.
Pour it over the whisked curd, mix.
3. Gently mix in the Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original into the curd.
4. Serve immediately garnished with fresh pomegranate seeds.
