Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original, powdered 1 cup
- Fresh coconut, scraped 1 cup
- Mava 1/4 cup
- Mixed nuts 1/4 cup
- Jaggery, scraped 3/4 to 1 cup
- Garden cress seeds, soaked 2 tsp
- Raisins for garnish 8 to 10
- Ghee 2 to 3 tsp
- Rose water 1/2 tsp
Cooking steps
1. Heat ghee in a non-stick kadhai.
2. Add the coconut, jaggery and 2-3 tsp of water.
3. Stir on moderate flame till jaggery melts.
4. Add the crumbled mava, chopped nuts and garden cress seeds.
5. Add the Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original powder and mix well.
6. Cool slightly and shape into either pedas or ladoos.
7. Place in paper cups and top with raisins.
