Ingredient
- Milk (you may use almond or soya milk if preferred) 300ml
- Chiku (Sapota) (peeled and cut into bits) 150g
- Date Syrup* / Honey 1 tbsp or to taste
- Halim Garden cress seeds (soaked in water for 5-7 minutes) 2 tsp
- Vanilla essence (optional) Few drops
- Kellogg's® Chocos® 5 to 6 tbsp (30g)
- *You can add 5-6 chopped black seedless dates instead of date syrup
Cooking steps
1. Blend all ingredients together to a smooth consistency in a blender
2. Transfer into a broad glass or a deep bowl
3. Serve garnished with grated white chocolate
4. May serve chilled if desired"
