Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Crunchy Granola Almonds & Cranberries 1 cup
- Milk 750ml
- Poha 1/4 cup
- Rose syrup 1 & 2 tbsp
- Dried apricots
- Dried fresh fruits 1 cup
- Chia seed 1 tsp
- Pista for garnish
Cooking steps
1. Lightly toast poha in ghee.
2. Add milk to Poha (Ideally full cream milk).
3. Mix rose syrup or jaggery.
4. Sprinkle chia seeds or sabja seeds. Tip: Chia seeds are great for thickening mixture.
5. Add crushed cardamom or cardamom powder for flavour.
6. Put it in the fridge to chill.
7. For Layering: Kheer, little bit of rose syrup, fresh fruits, Kellogg's® Crunchy Granola Almonds & Cranberries. Kheer again and garnish it with Pista. Your mouth-watering, festive Granola Rose Kheer Parfait is ready to eat!
