Ingredient

  • Greek yogurt 1 cup
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  • Kellogg's® Crunchy Granola Almonds & Cranberries 1 1/4
  • Small ripe mango, diced 1
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Juice of 1/4 lime
  • Chia seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fresh strawberries, mango & mint leaves for garnish

Cooking steps

1. Combine diced mango, lime juice, chia seeds and sugar in a hand chopper to form the mango salsa. Chill this overnight.

2. Next morning, whisk honey & vanilla extract into the Greek yoghurt.

3. Make the parfait by adding layers of mango salsa, Kellogg's® Crunchy Granola Almonds & Cranberries and honey yoghurt in a serving glass.

4. Add some Kellogg's® Crunchy Granola Almonds & Cranberries on top and garnish with fresh cut mango, strawberries and sprigs of mint.

5. Drizzle some honey for the final touch.
