Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original 30g
- Sweet basil seeds 2 tbsp
- Fruits of your choice, finely chopped 50g
- Hung curd 100g
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Cooking steps
1. Soak the sweet basil seeds (sabja) in water for 30 mins.
2. Drain well and add it to the hung curd.
3. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Arrange a layer of Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original in a parfait jar/ tall glass/ bowl.
4. Add some finely chopped fruits of your choice and then layer it with hung curds mixed with sweet basil seeds.
5. Repeat the layers again and end with the hung curd layer on the top.
6. Garnish with a finely chopped almond and some crushed corn flakes.
