Chocos Fruit & Date Breakfast Parfait

- Kellogg's® Chocos® 26g
- Dates, deseed and cut into small pieces 4 to 5
- Seasonal fruit of your choice (preferably pulpy fruit like banana, chiku) 75g
- Curd 200g
- Honey to taste (optional)
1. Whisk the curd, mix in the chopped dates and add the cut fruit of your choice to the curd, mix gently.
2. In a serving bowl arrange half of Kellogg's® Chocos® at the base.
Spread the date-fruit-curd mixture over the Kellogg's® Chocos®.
3. Top with remaining Kellogg's® Chocos®, you may garnish with some fruit bits and honey.
4. Serve immediately!
