Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original 30g
- Milk 300ml
- Fine semolina (rava), roasted 2 tsp or 10 to 12g
- Peppercorns, crushed 2 to 3
- Cardamom, powdered 1
- Honey 2 tsp or to taste
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Halim/Aliv seeds, soaked for 7 to 10 minutes in water 1 tsp
Cooking steps
1. Mix milk, peppercorns, cardamom powder and turmeric powder in a cooking pan.
2. Add the roasted rava and cook on low flame for 5 minutes, stirring it continuously.
3. Add the honey and stir.
4. Add the soaked halim/aliv seeds, crushed Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original.
5. When it thickens put off the flame, check for sweetness, adjust it to taste.
6. Pour into a bowl and serve.
