Ingredient
- Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original 60g or 8 to 10 tbsp
- Paneer, crumbled 50g or 3 tbsp
- Ripe papaya, cubed 30g or 2 tbsp
- Guava or Kiwi, cubed 30g or 2 tbsp
- Grapes (green & black) 6 to 7 each
- Fresh pomegranate seeds 25 to 30g or 1 tbsp
- Pineapple, cubed, preferably fresh or canned 30g or 2 tbsp
- Apple, cubed 30g or 2 tbsp
- Cherry tomatoes OR 5 to 6
- Tomatoes, cubed 2 tbsp
- Bell peppers, cubed (all mixed or any one colour - green, red, yellow) 2 tbsp
- Black currants or raisins 15g or 1 tbsp
- Crushed nuts of your choice 25 to 30g or 2 tbsp
- Flax seeds, slightly roasted 5g or 2 tsp
- Mint leaves, chopped 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
- Orange juice 1 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- For Spice Blend
- Rock salt (Sanchal), powdered 1 tbsp
- Pepper corns, powdered 2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 to 1 tsp or to taste
- Roasted jeera powder 2 tsp
- Roasted shah jeera powder 1 tsp
- Amchur powder (dry raw mango) 2 to 3 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Cooking steps
1. In a large mixing bowl add all the cubed fruits & vegetables.
2. Add the crumbled paneer, crushed nuts and flax seeds.
3. Sprinkle desired amount of spice blend; adjust seasoning.
4. Add lemon and orange juice, honey & mix.
5. Add the Kellogg's® Corn Flakes Original, chopped mint leaved & mix.
6. Serve immediately.
